Thanks to the efforts of Rising Sun Main Street, the City of Rising Sun, Rising Sun-Ohio County Community Schools and Keith Armstrong, Main Street has been decorated with banners honoring the Rising Sun High School Class of 2020.  According to Main Street director Karrah Miller, the banners will remain on display through mid-July.
