Mount St. Joseph Raising Money for Vets

The Mount St. Joseph University men’s basketball program in Cincinnati is hosting a Veterans’ Appreciation Day on Saturday, February 20 when it hosts Earlham College for a game at 3 pm. The Lions are coached by Rising Sun High School graduate Toby Carrigan.

The program is providing free admission to all veterans and will recognize them prior to tipoff. MSJ’s Veterans In Communities will be raising money for the Warrior Run, a suicide prevention program for veterans, clothing for homeless vets and red, white and blue cords for the graduating veterans of the university this spring.

Coach Carrigan and the Mount St. Joe Community hopes you can attend and support our local veterans.
